• DVD Compatability - Will your DVDs play in my Country?

Yes! All DVDs available at The Art of Pole Official store are manufactured to accommodate all DVD Regions around the world and all DVD playback formats (PAL + NTSC). Our DVDs all feature both PAL and NTSC content so no matter where in the world you are, if you order from this store, you can watch our DVDs!

There are two factors which contribute to the playability of DVDs. Region and Format. Our DVDs are all encoded as Region Free - this means they will play in any DVD Region (0-9). In different countries, DVDs are encoded in one of two different formats - PAL (UK, Australia) and NTSC (USA, Japan). The great news is that if you order from our official store, your DVD will play in any country, in either NTSC or PAL format.

• Do you ship to my Country?

Yes! We ship to almost every country around the world using various methods provided by Australia Post. These include Local Express or Standard shipping in Australia, International methods include Standard Air, International Express Courier Service, you can even add tracking and insurance.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders to China.

• How much does shipping cost to my Country?

To calculate shipping costs to a particular destination, simply add your items to your cart and enter your postcode or country in the correct field. Our system will automatically calculate shipping of your package and offer you various shipping methods.

• Can you ship my package using a courier service?

Absolutely. For International orders, simply select Express Courier International as your shipping method on the checkout page.

For Local orders, simply select 'Express' as your service of choice and we will ship to you overnight using Express Post facility from Australia Post.

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch via Australia Post. You can see their schedule of delivery times here.

• Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

We pride ourselves on processing all orders within 2 working days at the very most from the time you order. Usually processing time is less than one day! Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of Australia Post, and then your local postal services. There are occasional delays with strikes, bad weather and/or Customs, and some services are most definitely faster than others. If you choose a delivery method with tracking (Express, Registered or Express Courier International), you will be able to follow your order’s progress. Tracking for Australia Post: Track; once your parcel arrives in your country you will need to search via your local postal services and their tracking facility.

• Where do I get my tracking information?

If you ordered tracking, we will send you your unique tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. You can then follow your parcel’s progress via Australia Post’s Tracking Service or, once your parcel has arrived in your country, via your local postal services.

• What is the status of my order?

When your order is received in our Admin, it is packed and dispatched from our facility to Australia Post. It is then out of our hands! Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email confirming this, along with a tracking number if you’ve order one. We cannot update you on the status of your order unless you’ve requested a trackable service (In Australia: Registered Post or Express Post; The Rest of the World: Registered or Express Courier International). If you have a tracking number, you can follow your order’s status using Australia Post Tracking Service or via your country’s local postal services site.

• I don’t live in Australia. Can I pay via bank transfer?

Unfortunately, no, we do not accept bank transfers from countries other than Australia. However, we do accept Paypal and Secure Online Credit Card payments.

• I don’t have a credit card. How can I pay?

You can use Paypal without a credit card – see PayPal for more information!

• Which DVD is right for me and the level I am at?

Please refer to the DVD descriptions in our Online Store for a better idea of what level of moves are contained on each Volume.

• Is Tease suitable for beginners?

Yes, Tease: Daring Dance Routines was designed at a general level so that beginners can use it too!

• I signed up as a subscriber when you were running a promotion but I haven’t received my code?

When we are running a promotion, our system is set to send you your promo code within 24 hours of you signing up. Hang in there! It’s on its way! If you are already a subscriber, you should be receiving our emails. Check your Sp*m folder if you are not receiving anything from us!

• Why is my invoice total showing different amounts to the shopping cart?

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). When your invoice totals appear to be different from the prices at our Online Store, it’s because the system has automatically converted the prices into your selected currency.

• Where can I send my feedback on your amazing collection of DVDs?!

• I placed two orders but only want to pay for one. Will I be charged for both??

No! You will only ever be charged when you click Pay Now for a specific order. We do NOT gain access to your credit card number (we use Secure Online Payments) and we cannot charge you manually for an order. If we see double orders in our admin, the extra (unpaid for) order is cancelled.

• Do you have an affiliate program for other websites?

We love working with other studios and pole companies, but we currently do not partake in any shared links programs. If you are seeking advertisers for your pole oriented site, by all means contact us via our contact page.

• How do I become an Official Reseller of The Art of Pole DVDs?

We love working with other studios and pole oriented companies. We offer competitive rates for resellers and would be happy to send you our current rates card. • How many DVDs do I need to order to qualify for your Reseller program?

We are always seeking new partners to onset our DVDs.
