DELIVERY
We dispatch your order within 48 hours of order unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are charged by weight. You will be informed of all delivery charges at the time of purchase, before you proceed to pay. If we are out-of stock you will be notified immediately. You can choose to postpone your order, or cancel if you prefer. If in exceptional circumstances, your goods have not been shipped within seven days of receiving your order we will contact you to explain the delay and to get you to authorise the transaction.

DVD FORMATS AND CONTENT ENCODING
We currently supply all DVDs in DUAL FORMAT (PAL + NTSC) and encode our content using ALL REGIONS. The Art of Pole Pty Ltd will not replace or refund purchases of DVDs that are incompatible with older generation DVD players/televisions which are incapable of playing NTSC or PAL formatted content.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final and DVDs cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. However defective copies will be replaced. All goods are Quality checked before shipping. In the unlikely event of a product defect, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. E-mail info@artofpole.com. In case of an incorrect item dispatch, the shipment cost for resending the replacement item will be free. Any damaged or incomplete deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the goods. Please save the packaging and send us as much evidence as you can (eg photos, descriptions etc).

NOTE: The Art of Pole accepts no responsibility for goods once they have left our shipping facility. If you place an order and choose not to TRACK and/or INSURE your items, we cannot and will not be held accountable for the loss, damage or theft of any and/or all of the goods ordered. We offer reasonably priced TRACKING and INSURANCE to ALL our customers during checkout. The choice is always yours, but we strongly recommend insuring your items and selecting a trackable shipping method. We always try our best to find missing parcels, but the responsibility is yours once we have shipped your items :)
